added by Roadcraft for Yashora on 10.11.2020 in 12:24he could be charging all the fancy dinners and owe debts on cars and etc. the more you brag the less you probably have. personally, i'd be questioning if there really is a large amount of wealth, or if it's just an act. but you're somewhat right in that it doesn't align with millionaire status and wanting to be regarded as having lots of things (ie the phone). unless you have a whole lot of proof i wouldn't even believe him. since you're just a casual gf i doubt you can actually verify his savings and money and would just be relying on how he treats you and other flashy symbols. not that 30 pounds is unreasonable given that you're not married or engaged, etc. to me it's a bit like sex or anything else people choose to be really braggarts about..

That could be where his insecurity is coming from and wanting to be exclusive pretty early on. I think his joke also has to do with some past history. Reason I ask is because if you did, he may have some past history with meeting women online and then having an issue with them not being able to stay off it and always looking for better. Sorry if I missed this somewhere in the thread, but did you meet this guy online or on an app?
