She wants a nice guy who treats her right and makes her excited. Now I am not saying you have to be a bad boy to be attractive to women. And that is not attractive to women. You just have to find that balance. There is a compromise in there, you can be polite, gentlemanly and confident, without being a douche. "Nice guys" generally have low self confidence, or at least act like they have low self confidence. Because there is one part she missed out.

I found out living by myself sucks. Looking to meet a woman friend who I can get to know and enjoy her company doesn't mind that I smoke maybe get me to. My wife passed away a couple years ago at 48.

The problem was that even with 15 years more life, he still did some really immature relationship things at times (like resorting to chatting sexually with other women online, on the phone) and expected that he would just get a "slap on the wrist." Other times, he acted like his life was almost over (he's in his early 40's) and he was getting ready to retire/die. Um...being in my 20's, my life is just revving up - his old-man attitude bothered me when it reared its head. This was not the problem in our marriage. I was married to a man 15 years older than me.

And you got it and it has not been what you wanted. This is one of the bad things that can happen when someone covets their friend's lover. It is one of those things to be careful when you wish for it because you just may get it.
