If she shows any other sign of being untrustworthy or unhappy in the relationship then I would say it is time to move on. To me cheating is a huge sign of unhappiness in a relationship but that is the rule, of course there are exceptions to every rule.

I think he is a bad influence on me and clouds my otherwise good judgement.

And he is really set in the belief that waxing your forearms, legs, and bikini, manicured nails, non-frizzy hair, non-chipped nail polish is the minimum standard a woman should attain and that EVERY man thinks the same way!
