My coworker and I both started with our company around the same time 10 years ago. Up until recently I never really thought much of him. We've always had a casual relationship and we'd talk from time to time, but nothing serious. Nothing between us changed so I don't know why all of a sudden he's "it". He's a respectful guy and he's nice and everything, but I was never really attracted to him romantically.
