You'll absolutely kick yourself if you miss an opportunity for this guy only for it to not work out. I really hate sounding pessimistic with these things and think sometimes all to easily on these boards we are so, a tad too much. But emotionally cheating is exactly what's happened.

I show and tell. I'm definitely not one to sit back and let the guy initiate, because the way I see it, I want there to be equality in a relationship. But you're right, I don't want to tell him to behave. We're grown ass folk. Perhaps that disrupts whatever biological force men have to chase, I don't know. If I like someone, they don't have to guess how I feel. IME whenever I bring up bad behaviors with guys I've dated, it's resulted in a change of dynamic in the relationship. Not sure if it's the type of guys I'm choosing or what.

Then there's the fact that I'm always the one that drives, we almost always take my car everywhere and if I ask if we can take his, he gripes about it. I'm just getting fed up. And he's always complaining about restaurants and bad service/bad food. I feel like me bringing this stuff up will come straight out of left field. I dunno. Up until now we have had no problems and no fights.
